We believe a change is currently under way with implications not just for politics and economics but for business and entrepreneurship in particular. A swift positive outcome to the current economic situation is by no means guaranteed. What is required is bold, far-sighted and effective leadership in the public, private and social enterprise sectors. Individuals also need to be authentic and look to their values as well as ensure that the work they are doing is productive, fulfilling and provides personal growth. We are prepared to be challenging and thought provoking whilst remaining respectful of values and beliefs.

Glen Poole. Glen specialises in working on not-for-profit projects and campaigns that are designed to make a big difference by getting more people, to take more action, more often. Glen created the Say NO to Heathrow expansion campaign that won the backing of David Cameron and Nick Clegg, developed the Bounce Your Balls testicular cancer campaign and was helped the Fathers 4 Justice campaign win government backing for family law reform. Working in this field for 20 years, experience has shown Glen that those who think small will keep getting small results, and so he encourages organisations to think big and take a lead, Glen has helped persuade supporters of one of the UK’s top international development charities to increase their donations by 70% last year and is able to show how to keep on attracting more supporters by focusing on a smaller audience. Glen used this approach to help one campaign reach three times as many people last year. Glen applies an simple and effective methodology that helps organisations to develop the vision, strategy and leadership they need to make a bigger difference. His workshops and projects are both practical and inspirational.
